The Foundation for the Child Victims of the Family Courts boasts a diverse and caring group of professionals who serve as Board Members, on our Advisory Board, and on our Staff. Due to the nature of the work involved, we do our utmost to protect the privacy and safety of these individuals who give so much to our clients. FCVFC Board and StaffTherefore, as we respect the confidentiality of our clients’ cases and seal that trust with a Confidentiality Agreement, we also have our clients sign Confidentiality Agreements in order to ensure the privacy of our dedicated Staff. Once such Agreements are signed, our clients will know exactly who is working with them every step of the way.

It is with great pleasure that The Foundation for the Child Victims of the Family Courts announces the affiliation of our Director, Jill Jones-Soderman, PhD, MSW, MSHS with the National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc. as a member of the Board of Directors.
