The complaint filed against Attorney Gelmann is an example of the work being undertaken by the FCVFC on behalf of our clients.
Clients whose lawyers are accused of acts of collaboration, child trafficking to illegally extort funds from Protective Parents and government Federal Funding by creating tax fraud billing to pay for programs such as the carnivorous, destruction of children and all who love them by such actions as court ordered so called reunification therapy as well as the other vicious acts of slander, liable enacted with such destructive acts as family separations by court order and jail time.
The innumerable acts by lawyers to betray their own moral, ethical responsibility, their accountability under the US Constitution to the citizens served must be clearly articulated so that the public understands in the simplest and most direct ways exactly how the actions of lawyers in family court suppress evidence, fail to put forth relevant defenses or to challenge rulings of judges are undermining the very fabric of Democratic society.
Actions of the Bar associations across the USA have already destroyed generations of children as per support and weaponization of the Richard Gardner, MD’ concept of parental alienation associated with a perverse/ anti-scientific model of child development and character.
The FCVFC will be reporting both on the actions of lawyers in their capacity as officers of the court who have failed their clients but also reporting will cover the failure of oversight institutions to compel public citizen protection. Naming of the oversight organizations and the officers associated with such moral and ethical failures will also be named as accountability for their actions will be sought through every possible vehicle for accountability.
