The nihilism of despair is only countered by the constructive, realistic solutions that engender hope and a call to action.
Family Court Corruption: The child trafficking industry generated by the legal industry, which has enabled the transfer of federal funds to the states through methodologies supported by the “legal industry,” has created a conveyor belt system to transfer children into the custody and isolation of abusers.
The Bar Association’s monopoly on legal practices has developed a methodology unique to family court processes. Judicial discretion empowers the court to bypass due process, the presentation of evidence, and referrals to criminal authorities for acts of aggression against children. Crimes that would result in life sentences if committed by strangers are often overlooked or minimized within the family context.
Driven by greed and power, rapid orders of arrest executed with police authority have created a climate of fear for anyone involved in the family court system. These courts handle the most sensitive areas of life: power, property, money, and child custody. Yet they operate with SWAT-team precision and secrecy. They paralyze, terrorize, and silence public outcry.
Even the one-eyed man in the land of the blind can speak truth to power.
But truth cannot be silenced by threats, intimidation, larceny, or lies.
Using power to intimidate and control, especially by those who claim, “I alone can save you,” must be called out. Sharing horror stories without providing solutions only demoralizes and deters real change. It is a disservice to the public when advocates fail to educate people on their constitutional rights and privileges.
The isolation of legal knowledge, controlled by a secretive group like the Bar Association, prevents equal access to the courts and due process. Authorities who use protected or sequestered information to file false charges create further roadblocks for families trying to defend themselves, particularly protective parents.
The incentive structures, such as Title IV-D and Title IV-E funding, create an environment where false allegations can lead to unjust custody transfers. Financial incentives including expert witness fees and federal grants for so-called “child rescue” only further entrench corruption, resulting in a family court system that resembles organized crime.
It takes a clinically, technically, and intellectually skilled team, working with resilient clients, to develop legal strategies and effective interventions.
The step-by-step legal process, protecting and presenting evidence, countering abuse of process, and handling lawyers who manipulate court procedures requires expertise and constant oversight.
While the legal system is flawed, it is not beyond repair. Justice can be achieved case by case. Broader reform can come through litigation, prosecution, and investigative journalism, which are the cornerstones of public awareness.
The Work of the FCVFC, The Mouse That Roars
The Family Court Voter’s Foundation Coalition (FCVFC) is a small but mighty team of experts who confront, expose, and correct criminal actions within family courts across the U.S. Our mission extends beyond typical legal support. We pursue truth and justice even when the system resists.
Whether it’s uncovering hidden evidence or defending against false accusations, the FCVFC is committed to protecting children and supportive parents. We expose court actors who lie, cheat, and suppress justice, often at great personal and professional cost.
Even when we lose a case in litigation, we continue fighting for corrections and ultimately rescue the children and parents affected. We have detailed some of these cases in articles like “NJ Judge Alleged Corruption” (Parts 1, 2, and 3) and “Powell Revisited.” Both are available on our website.
Every case begins with a thorough forensic intake and analysis. From there, we pursue intervention and resolution with the broader goal of societal benefit and precedent-setting legal change.
Through publishing, legal writing, and live interviews, such as those with NAASCA and Citizens Demanding Justice, we raise awareness about legal corruption and share tools for resistance. Our goal is always to protect children and adults equally, with dignity and respect for their privacy.
The FCVFC, for truth, justice, and reform in family courts.
