Unconscionable Lies Against a Protective Parent seeking to save her own and her children’s lives from dangerous predators

A client of the Foundation for Child Victims of the Family Courts is in protective custody. But a family member of hers has for some unknown and unimaginable reason taken action to place her and the children’s lives in danger by posting photos of her and her children. This family member, Amanda Hammer of Amarillo, Texas, attached our client’s picture to a flyer representing her to be a wanted criminal.

However, the FCVFC is actively and properly litigating her case before the courts.

This protective parent has been victimized by her abuser, the father of her children, for years. As is the case with so many domestic violence survivors, they are most vulnerable when they take action to save themselves and their children by leaving the control of the obsessed abuser.

The Foundation for Child Victims of the Family Courts is actively engaged in dealing with the prejudicial behavior of the courts, which have prevented this protective parent from gaining access to the court equal to that of her abusers.

It is unconscionable that someone who knows nothing of the true state of things in this case, would feel free to assert and promulgate false information. The false and defamatory statements Amanda Hammer has circulated are threatening her and her children’s life, liberty, and prospects of being rescued. This must stop immediately.

The police are being contacted. We have every intention of prosecuting this individual in civil and criminal court for endangering the life of this protective parent.

If you have any questions about the veracity of these statements, call the FCVFC at 866-553-6931, as we are actively engaged in dealing with the prejudicial behavior of the courts, which have prevented this protective parent from gaining access to the court equal to that of her abusers.
