I wish to comment on the fraud being perpetrated by family courts across the country who are, in the estimation of the experts associated with the Foundation for Child Victims of the Family Courts, officers of courts engaged in child trafficking via the transfer of children into the custody of individuals known and evidenced to be engaged in egregious acts of abuse.
The courts across the United States have utilized the discredited, unscientific, counter-to-medical-science-and-practice theory produced by Richard Gardner, MD, to transfer federal funding to the states via incentives under Title 4D related to child support calculation.
I am the Executive Director for the Foundation for Child Victims of the Family Courts. I am a psychoanalyst by training and experience, a forensic expert by training and experience, and a mediator. My years of training and experience originate from 1970 through the present.
I am an author, a clinical practitioner, and advocate for the constitutional due process rights of protective parents and vulnerable children, rights that are being heinously trampled by court officers under the guise of immunity, implementing the suppression of evidence for personal and governmental avarice and greed.
The Foundation, our legal and psychiatric experts, can speak case by case to the genocide of now five generations of children and families who have been impacted by the implementation of Gardner’s incentives to generate criminal and civil RICO practices against families presenting with legitimate causes of action related to physical and emotional harm to their children.
Evidence is suppressed, ignored, and even rewarded by court officers whose personal incomes are supplemented by the fees charged and the power and authority achieved through their services implementing federal funding to the states driven by Title 4D that incentivizes child support payments to state programs.
The Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. We do not involved ourselves in any lobbying practices. We are strictly related to providing clinical and legal assessment and legal intervention to parents and children suffering under the criminal vicious interventions of family court actors across the country.
Our website discusses the state of family court practice, which has escalated over the years and shows no intent of diminishing the fervor for trafficking children and destroying multiple generations of American families and thus destroying the entire fabric of a democratic society by destroying our youth and the source of healthy socialization of children through a healthy family.
